We coordinate routine yacht care, maintenance and specialist services in South Florida. Your proposal defines the work, visit frequency and reporting for your vessel.

Mechanical & Systems Coordination
We coordinate servicing for engines, generators and onboard systems, using manufacturer recommendations, running hours, time intervals and known maintenance needs.
Where needed, we arrange qualified technicians, follow up on findings and assist with parts sourcing or warranty coordination.

Exterior Detailing
Washdowns and exterior cleaning are scheduled around the yacht’s location, use and exposure.
Additional work may include polishing, waxing, brightwork, canvas care, bottom cleaning and running‑gear cleaning, as specified in the plan.

Interior Care
Interior care can include cleaning of the salon, cabins, bathrooms and galley, with suitable care for upholstery, woodwork and other finishes.
Laundry, inventory checks and preparation between visits can be included in the agreed schedule. We flag items that may need attention or replacement.

Project & Yard Coordination
For yard periods and larger projects, we help define the scope, obtain quotes and coordinate with the selected yard or specialists. Site visits and progress reporting are agreed for each project.
We keep you informed of progress, proposed changes and costs. Work requiring owner approval follows the agreed authorization process.

Captain & Crew Support
We assist with sourcing captains and crew for day work or ongoing roles. Screening requirements and placement support are agreed for each position.
Scheduling and other crew administration can be coordinated where included in your management agreement.

Preparation for Your Visit
Ahead of a planned outing, we can coordinate provisions, fuel, dock reservations and other requested arrangements. Please share your plans in advance so we can confirm timing and availability.

Hurricane Preparation
Where included in the management scope, we help develop a storm preparation plan for the yacht, with agreed responsibilities, contacts and action points.
Haul‑out, relocation and berth options depend on availability and conditions. Any preparation plan should be reviewed alongside the owner’s insurance requirements.
Once access is safe and permitted, we can arrange a condition check and photographic update under the agreed scope.

Documentation & Renewal Support
We can help track renewal dates and coordinate documentation, insurance reviews, surveys and safety‑equipment checks within the agreed scope.
Responsibilities for renewals, approvals and required inspections are set out in the management agreement.
